You can request deletion of your Retro Casino 5in1 account without reinstalling the game.

Email a deletion request

Request deletion by email

Email support@daveonduty.co.uk with the subject “Retro Casino 5in1 account deletion”, preferably from the address used for your game account. Include your game nickname if known. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Delete directly in the game

Open PLAYER, sign in, then find DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT. Type DELETE and select DELETE ACCOUNT.

What is removed

Deletion removes your online authentication account, nickname, cloud-saved game progress, virtual balance and public leaderboard entry. It cannot be undone. Merely uninstalling the app does not delete the online account.

Limited infrastructure security logs and backup copies may remain until their provider retention periods expire. Advertising data is processed separately by Google and is not deleted by removing your game account. Contact support for details about retention or a request concerning support correspondence.

Local profiles

Device-local profiles and records are separate. Remove them using Android Settings → Apps → Retro Casino 5in1 → Storage → Clear storage. This also resets your local game settings.
